AP TEMS is Account Payable of Telecom Expense Management System (TEMS) for mobile device . This application processes and approvals invoices, performs auditing and analysis on the data, and then facilitates the payment process. Through A/P Gateway, the system can send the data to Finance system. The system also offers a graphical dashboard to summarize invoices data from different perspectives. The system can send and receive online message .
There are 3 Parts of AP TEMS.
1. Dashboard
· List recently 3 months invoices amount, payment amount
· Summarize and list recently 3 quarters invoices amount, payment amount
· Summarize the pending short paid amount of dispute.
2. Invoice Approval of My Workspace and Backup Workspace
· View every invoice detail information and invoice history information
· Download attachment for every invoice
· Add note for every invoice need to be approved
· Reject invoice
· Invoice approved
3. Online Message
· Send message to one person or one group
· Receive message from one person or one group
